BRANDING &
INTERIOR DESIGN
PAU HANA
Savage, MN
Saturated island colors and rich Koa wood tones create a laidback vibe... Hawaiian Regional Cuisine (HRC) weaves together the flavors and culinary techniques of centuries of immigration, tracing its roots to Japan, Korea, China, the Philippines, Portugal, Puerto Rico and the Pacific Islands.

Drawing on his years of training alongside Alan Wong, and other prominent chefs in Hawaii, Chef Chris Ikeda painstakingly develops dishes that reflect this vast and unique culinary scene. The surrounding environment of Pau Hana was intentionally designed to offer a relaxed and approachable dining experience that inspires guests to expand and explore.

MY ROLE Worked alongside client to lead a comprehensive design of the interior and exterior, including a custom mural, and identity development for full brand alignment.
